Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact our support team at support@woolpassion.pk or WhatsApp 0318 1770974.
Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Pack the product securely and send it to our address.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed only for damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 working days after confirmation.
Exchanges:
Items of the same value can be exchanged easily.
If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
