  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

  • Express Delivery: Available in select cities (additional charges may apply)

We deliver through reputable courier partners, including Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days if:

  • Wrong item delivered

Return Process

  2. Share your order number + photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

  4. Courier pickup will be arranged (or you may return via courier)

Items must be in original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refund Options

After inspection and approval, refunds can be issued via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • Exchange Product

Refund time: 3–7 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange an item for personal preference:

  • Shipping cost for exchange will be paid by the customer
